Check In:    From 14:00 hrs

Check Out: Untill 11:00 hrs

Late check out untill 14:00 hrs will be charged half day rate; any departures after 14:00 hrs will be charged at full day rate.

Cancellation Policy 

• If cancelled up to 10:00 am 2 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.  

Children and Extra Bed Policy

• All children are welcome.

• All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
• All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.

• Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Deposit Policy

• A credit or debit card will be requested upon arrival.
• No charges are made to this card but are required for security.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

• 20 % VAT is included.

• Service charge is not applicable.

• City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet

• Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan

• Continental breakfast costs GBP 5.00 per person.
• Dinner costs GBP 10.00 per person.

Parking

• Free private parking is possible on site.

• Pets are not allowed.
